Yes. It will work fine in your notebook. Unless you have a 64bit OS you won't be able to use all of it as 32bit OSes have a limit of about 3.5GB. I think it's worth it though.

It technically should. But it depends on your CPU's bus speed. If your CPU is a 667MHz part you won't see much of a difference.

The reviews here indicate that those OCZ modules have quite good timings and may run at CL=4 @ 667Mhz. If you get those modules tell us what timings you get in your Zepto.

    Intel C2 DUO T7250 2,00GHz 800MHZ
    2048 MB DDR2 PC5300 (=2x1024) Org

This is what my Zepto is all about right now.... So i have 800mhz CPU bus, then i may see some better performance...

The 800MHz that you have now is the Front Side Bus between chipset and CPU. The RAM bus is only 667MHz (this is a limitation of the Intel 965 mobile chipset) and 800MHz modules will run at 667MHz. They might run with slightly lower latency than normal 667MHz modules.

Very few current notebooks have a 800MHz RAM bus speed. I think the RAM manufacturers are ramping up production ready for the next generation of hardware and, if I bought RAM now, I would consider the 800MHz modules which could be swapped into a new notebook.

    Thanks for all help...

Im gonna have 2x1GB DDR2 sticks left over and is it possible to put them in a ACER TRAVELMATE 4002wlmi which usually uses DDR memory?

DDR2 RAM is not compatible with the older DDR.

You should also keep the RAM supplied by Zepto until the warranty is over. Should there be any problems you can then reinstall the original RAM.
