I works in a staples in quebec (#035) and since the begining, we've sold about 5 32xx or 31xx on my knowledge, 3 of them had one or more bad pixel, one had a clacking hard drive. I would like to know if anyone else works for a place that sells these models, and what is your return rate ?

Maybe we just had a batch, that's what we think...

I think it's a bad batch, we've not seen many complaints to that effect here.

    Hi wipeout,

Probably one of the 3250hx was mine...I bought one in Laval , I returned it because of one dead pixel...

For now, it works fine and it rocks !!!!

    No hard-disk problem however...

A very very very nice laptop...

    I work at Brossard's store

This doesn't really bother me, since the product had a problem on arrival ... Better be now than later (for the customer)

I am still very satisfied with my 6130, we had no returns on other models.

    I started playing doom3 with the 6130 :)
