    3dmark06 shots of 4850 with p8600!!! 10000 points!!

    Hmm? The 10000+ one is of a 4850 + a OC'd X9000.

    I remember seeing those pictures before, I don't think they are authentic.

    If you look at 3dmark06, it shows P8600 @ 2.4 Ghz, however, CPU-Z reads T8300/P8600 @ 2.77 Ghz and the picture is titled OC'd P8600. Regardless of that, that's certainly excellent performance, but as the 3870s have shown, while ATI scores well in 3dmark06, its real world performance doesn't always reflect the 3dmark06 scores.
