weell, if youv got the money, get the 6625wd :D, It isnt that much more expensive, but the screen and looks are better (screen is 1680x1050 on 6625 against the 1280x800 on 3415). Actully, same specs, the 6625 is about 50€ more expensive than the 3415.

Btw, has the prices on the 6625wd gone down lately, cos when I last checked, it came out about 1400€ (now 1200€ ;)??

    There's a review of the 6525WD.

The aspect you need to think about is the display resolution. 1680 x 1050 is fine, if your eyes can handle the small pixels. 1280x 800 is, in comparison, much easier to read but gives less detail. If you will be mainly using the computer for graphical work then the higher resolution should be OK, but for text work the bigger pixels may be better. You can adjust the display dpi setting to change the size, but this can cause some formatting problems.

1440 x 900 is a good compromise resolution but for some reason Zepto only offer this in the 14.1" size.

This is because the panels that screens are made of doesnt support 15" 1440x900 (the size-per-pixel size)
(It seems like mostly apple is the only one making those screens)

Apple doesn't make the displays: The all come out of a limited number of factories (in fact, Apple doesn't make much except design decisions). Apple, in my opinion, showed good judgement in selecting an intermediate resolution. Dell provides WXGA+ as an option.

A good thing to take into account while making your decision is size.

If you plan on moving around with your new laptop, you should rather go for a 6314 whereas if its only a desk laptop with limited traveling the 6625 would be a better solution given its bigger screen.
