Hi, I recently bought a 3360 and have noticed a horizontal scratch on the screen[ :(!]. This has been caused by a design flaw in which the ridge between the touchpad and keyboard touched the screen when the laptop is closed. I have found another user on the web who had the same thing. In fact it was his comments that led me to realize where the scratch came from.

    Any other users experience this?

I noticed a mark started on mine....I put a sheet of paper on top of the keyboard (one of the thicker h2o proof map pieces of paper) and it seems to have gone away. no more problem. It might just be lots of dust that was "rubbed in", as I was able to wash mine away.

You sir are a genius! With some significant rubbing with a wet cloth I was able to remove it. Although when the screen is wet (while washing) the line is still clearly visable (even though when it dries it cannot be seen). It makes me wonder if this will eventually damage the pixals though.
