    Many of us purchased our Averatec 2370's with the Vista Express Upgrade the day after U.S. Thanksgiving - during the so called black friday sale.

    It's been a helluva coaster ride, and it all ends for better or worse, in five days. After that we are on our own.

    tell me about it, mine runs out dec 10, got a hardware problem, warranty will not cover it, because it is not the original operating system now, told me to reinstall the recover disk, it will fix ix it, don't have one, told me to buy one at their store, tried that, out of stock, they don't know when they will be available, so XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, their customer support just don't work.
    Wish i knew some one with a disk for the 2370 series. Even up it to rapidshare.
