Is this Leta? If yes, we always told you it would ship by 8/13 (yesterday), I spoke with you 3 times stating such personally, so am very surprised by this post and since you stated you wanted us to ship to a FedEx "hold at location" pick-up for you, Patrick called and sent you emails yesterday stating he needed your FedEx "hold-out-location" address listed with your credit card bank for security purposes; which Amex states is not on file. If you like we can ship to your home, but since you wanted us to ship to a hold @ FedEx station you need to please list the alternative shipping address with Amex.

    Ivan,

I did set this up with American Express - last Monday and received confirmation from them. I called them today and it was not in their system so I set it up again.

Patrick was able to confirm this. Thank you for your assistance.

Wish you'd change the title of this post. I don't think there is another computer company out there that gives their level of customer service. As a matter of fact, I only wish other companies in general would approach their level of CS. They always respond quickly to inquiries, provide honest and excellent advice, and great post-sale support.

They are sticklers about matching shopping addresses to confirmed account addresses, but in today's day and age of cc fraud, they are only protecting themselves. In the long run, even though it may be inconvenient at times, it benefits the consumer really, because otherwise we pay for loss through theft.
