An alternative to diskkeeper is O&O Defrag. I use it on all my computers and have it set to autodefrag every week, and also have background defrag on.

$60 seems rather steep. I guess I am just a little disappointed with the way this guide wrapped up. It feels like a advertisement. I would have rather just had a review of the product. Especially if it were compared against other defrag software.

Yet another alternative is PerfectDisk. And keep in mind that Diskeeper Corporation is a Scientology front.

    Supported.

This part 3 should be instead a "Diskeeper 2010 advertisement and review". Or instead, you should have provided several alternatives, such as the ones mentioned above. Especially, you should make mentions of free alternatives such as Defraggler (there are many others) which have fewer features but are, well, free.

Part 3 failed in my opinion.

I use SmartDefrag myself, though I don't know how it compares with the aforementioned defragmentation programs.

Remember, purchasing Diskeeper supports Scientology ;)

Unfortunately, I doubt that Diskeeper will save anyone $60 worth of time.

Still, it seems like a sound product.
