This kind of reminds me of the crazy cell phones that were (still are?) coming out a little while ago. Made of gold and encrusted with jewels, etc. The very rich and celebrities were supposedly buying them for like $50K+.

Well, for marketing purposes, it is probably gonna be $999,999.99 instead of 1mil.
Of course, for the non millionaires: if you want to make something like this, all u gotta do is buy a good lappy and glue some diamonds onto it. It would save tons of money. -
A million dollar can buy a couple of supercomputers for gaming. And maybe leftovers for the best gaming gear and stuffs.

No, such things exist, Is saw a luxury laptop somewhere that was on sale for $350,000 but I assure you, thousands of brainless people exist who crave to buy something like that just to look cool, no even using it unless there is some big party or something.

Remember, there are some people who buy multi million dollar paintings and crockery. Now what's the use of million dollar painting and crockery. Some people have so much money in their hands they really don't know what to do with it, so they buy such stuff for their status ikon.
I am sure you will be news if you buy such laptop. -
At least the paintings and other art works get more valuable over time, as opposed to laptops that are usually almost worthless after 3-4 years.
