This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I doubt it, I'm assuming this is volunteer work. I would do it if I had the time. It would be really cool and I work in midtown NYC AND recently bought a laptop and smartphone!

    We plan to make it worth your while, but the details haven't been ironed out. It will be a combination of dinner and something else, with that something else being some sort of gift or gift card. We're certainly open to suggestions. :)

    What is the particular reason for specifically targeting new yorkers? It just seems odd, don't they buy the same stuff people in other big cities buy . What if I used to live there, lol?
