This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    well, we have mini wfi here in Lompoc, Ca and well, at best it bytes!! Poor coverage lots of drops and was under engineered and under funded. They promised the exact same BS as L.A. is being promised. We'll see hope it works OK for them.

    At least my costs for the service is just $9.99/mo as of mid February...only use it now and then when I want to work outside the house and not at Starbucks.
