These look decent, but I'm not seeing any resolutions higher than 1366x768 even on the 15.6" R850. C'mon guys, you have to do better than this - especially on a business class notebook.

isnt this the same cooling technique they used in the previous Protoge, which had a heat issue?

I agree the 720p screen on a 15.6" screen is a bit absurd, but on the 13" its pretty good.

Chrome Touchpad buttons stiff and very noisy clicks - why make them like this ?
Can they be taken apart and quietened down somehow
Nice looking laptop otherwise but should have backlit keyboard fittted -

Touchpad buttons should be ultra quiet, period ... some notebook makers just don't get it.
To answer your question, there's no way I know of to remove the buttons. Never heard of it being done, anyways ... -
