This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Very nice laptop. I love the new metal chassis form factor, but wish they kept the 18.4" screens the previous x505 Qosmios had [understandable since there is probably a lack of 3D capable 18.4" screens].

    Toshiba is following their typical pricing route: $1199 for the i5 version with subpar 900p screen, and $1899 for the fully decked out version; with additional flavors falling in between.
