Over at our sister siteTabletPCReviewSpot.comwe've posteda full review of the Acer TravelMate C314 Notebook / Tablet PC Convertible machine. Featuring a 2.00GHz Pentium M processor and NVIDIA Go 6200 card this device packs some punch. It has a 14.1" screen and weighs 6.2lbs, so not terribly light, butreviewer Barry Doyle gives it an overall thumbs up. Buthow can you really not recommend something that has a smiley shaped keyboard?

Acer TravelMate C314 Tablet PC Review Introduction -

The Acer C314 Tablet PC is in many ways a breath of fresh air. It's not that this model is the Tablet version of Acer's popular "Ferrari" notebook. What makes this machine specialare the nuances and little extras you'll find that were thoughtfully engineered into the design.

The C314 Tablet PC also features the newest Centrino platform, "Sonoma". The new chipset coupled by the very capable NVIDIA Go 6200 graphics GPU promises an extended future. Chances are good that the C314 is ready for the next generation of Windows "Vista" scheduled to hit the shelves in 2006.
