Today Sandisk announced new SSDs featuring a new technology called nCache, which is supposed to increase netbook drive performance. nCache will offer up to 50 times the random write performance of their current first generation SSDs. The pSSD P2 and S2 also offer lower power consumption than current options on the market. Drive capacities at launch will include 8, 16, 32, and 64GB versions, with interfaces including IDE and SATA.
