From the pics in the link posted the machines look a little like some of the models Toshiba is offering atm ... that being said, I wonder who some of Samsung's "well known" resellers are here in the US? Can't think of any off the top of my head....

There actually aren't any pictures of these machines at present; the sole photo in there is of the consumer NB30 netbook. Apparently Samsung's PR does not think it's important to include photos of the product with the press release . . .

Their notebook designers also don't seem to think decent resolution panels, discrete graphics and i7 processors are important either. Pass.

Found some press pics below. Engadget also have some hands on pics. I would be really interested to know what the outer casing is made from though.

Samsung's business line have traditionally aimed their notebooks at a smaller market unlike HP/Dell/Lenovo. And actually the UK version of the P580 does have GeForce GT330M option I believe.

Ahh, now it seems interesting. The pics look nice and I like the numpad. If it was available in the US with GT330M, I'd still be sticking with my 8740w, but it would at least be a viable option as a cheap mobile workstation (assuming you don't require ISV certification) or a stealth light-gaming rig.
