Nice! Do you still have your review unit, and is there any way you could verify if it's PenTile or true 2400x1600? Based on the review it sounds like it has some great quality characteristics, but I'm hesitant to trust Samsung on the pixel matrix given their track record on the matter.
I'm not sure the best way to load up the Chroma test image on Chrome OS in a way that won't DPI-scale. If you can full-screen an image, this one which has been canvas-sized to 2400x1600 might work: http://i.imgur.com/Hu2jO9I.png
Then reference the two pictures in this post to determine whether it's using a true pixel matrix: http://forum.notebookreview.com/thr...840x2160-display-with-full-rgb-matrix.800835/ -
