I'm doing some research on PC trend for a school project and I'm having hard time finding official data for notebook computer's market share in the US. I've been looking through articles at ITFacts, IDC, Gartner and iSuppli but it seems that everyone has a different figure.
Could someone help me find notebook market share in the US in the past ten years? Or maybe direct me to a good source.
    Many thanks in advance!

Usually I check DigiTimes.com for information on notebook market share. However you need a subscription to view older articles.

By how much do the figures differ?
