Could you please, please post some CPUz screenshots so we can see if the 800 MHz DDR2 really runs at 800 MHz. So that we know that it is not being downclocked.
Thank you very much. -
I dont think his pre release version has the 800mhz ram.
-
It has 800MHz RAM but it doesn't matter since Intel PM965 does work with max. dual DDR2 667.
See: http://www.intel.com/products/chipsets/pm965/index.htm -

No BIOS updates to make it run at 800 MHz?
-
Ask Intel hopefully yes. Maybe Intel just thought that since there is no SODIMM DDR2 800mhz out there (except for the ones Zepto somehow got) there was no need to list it.
I was wrong by the way. In the updated version of the review he stated that his pre release did use 800mhz DDR2. But he didnt do any CPUz screenshots yet. -
Can somebody translate this to english and post it here. It looks like a really good review but i can't understand it fully.
-
I translated some parts here:
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=124675
half way down the page.
I didnt translating the benchmarks because i felt they are easy enough to understand. Also the parts about the screen are irrelevent because it is a different screen then the release version. If you want any other parts tranlated just let me know. -
