    Hello to everybody! I found your forum while I was searching for any info about notebooks sales worldwide in 2003, NB shipments, market shares of the major NB manufacturers and also different types of notebooks (thin-and-lights, mainstreams, desktop replacemens, tablet PC and etc., and all other related info. [?]I would very appreciate if you could provide some links to these info. Thanks a lot in advance![ :)]

    You really want the info from Gartner, Dataquest or IDC. There may be others, but these are some of the big players.

    Only what they have in their press release sections. The full reports are usually in the thousands of dollars.

    Hi Julia,

    just wanted to know, if you had been sucessfull in out more details about market shares, revenues, market development... of notebook companies. It happens that I am also doing research on this topic and it seems to be very hard to get data for free.
