    there doesn't seem to be any official W2p thread yet.

    relase date is mid nov. (end of nov. begin of dec. until merchants have it for sale though)

    have heard some talk that certain specs could be diff for the NA/US version then wat that UK link states for specs. hopefully it stays the same though including hddvd.

    more and more interested in this model. what are some similarly speced competing models?

    only with hdvd I know of is toshiba quosmio and that doesn't output to tv in 1080p which I'm hoping the W2p does.

    quosmio in general doesn't seem as good as the W2p

    any other competing models?
