    In one Chinese websit, it is said ASUS is gonna annouce a new 11.1" laptop which is called S6F.--with LEATHER cover!!
    Here is some specification information:
    CPU: Core Duo L2400 1.8GHz
    Chip : intel 945GM
    Memory: 1GB, 1.5GBmax;
    optical driver: DVD+-RW
    Display: Wide screen WXGA 1360×768
    video: embeded
    wireless: Intel 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR
    card reader:
    webcam: 1.3Mpixel

    I am gonna remove my eyes from Sony TX and wait for this cute baby!! ;)

    Holy freaking ****, a CORE DUO in that small a notebook? Saweet, forget about the Vaio TX then!!! Though I think the TX is lighter and thinner but I could sacrifice that for a core duo. All I need to do is sell one of my kidneys....

    That leather looks pretty nice too, I should be drooling but realize there's no way in **** I can ever get this right now.

    Do you have any clue on how much it'll be? I'm guessing at least $2500 for those specs.

    There is no price given yet. Hope it will be less than $2500-- I am a cuty hunter but still a student.
    Seems it will be released in TaiWan and China first, so I need to check when it is available in US. OR, another possiblility-- would portable one introduce a new P1 based on this?
    PS, it's funny that ASUS makes it so similar to TX, 11.1", DVD, widescreen...
    (right the competitor??)
    Is it better if they make a 12" leather with X1400 video card ???

    There's been alot of talk on it in the ASUS forums, Danny from CanadaSys had a chance to play and take pictures of various unreleased Core Duo ASUS laptops.

    As of now, it seems like its only going to be release in the special edition leather, but there maybe be a chance a small 'regular' batch could be released as well.
