    When will other notebooks start to have DDR3 RAM? It seems as if only the NP8660 and the NP5796 are the only ones who utilize DDR3 RAM. I thought all Centrino 2 notebooks had to have this.

    Centrino 2 allows support for this. It doesn't mean laptop manufacturers HAVE to use it. DDR3 ram is probably still too expensive for mainstream computers to have as a standard.
