Microsoft to Open Retail Stores
Microsoft has confirmed that it plans to open retail stores, where it will sell computers pre-loaded with the company's software and other items. Microsoft's goal of the retail stores is to improve its brand image; its recent operating system, Vista, has been subject to a lot of negative press since its release in early 2007.
