Are you going to review all the other Office 2010 programs too? Also, is this the RTM?

Good job on reporting on the improvements over the abysmal 2007 half-baked ribbon design. MS likes to sell their half-baked attempts because they know the sheep will buy.

However, the new features are kinda fluff and users of the 2003 version will do fine not upgrading.

Also with all the competition out there (desktop & online) only a tiny % of the population should even consider this.

Older versions of word such as 2003 and the latest OpenOffice.org should satisfy the masses.

The review is based on the final beta release, but the only changes in the RTM are under-the-hood bug fixes.

We're going to also tackle the rest of the "Big Four" Ofice apps, Excel 2010, PowerPoint 2010 and Outlook 2010.
