I think it's an interesting premise, office becoming a service. If 5 semi-permanent installs and Office Web Apps aren't enough, apparently you can use a feature called "Office On Demand" to use the full versions of the Office apps on any pc...you don't even have to be a administrator on the PC in question.
Something you'll likely not have to use often (after all...office is pretty ubiquitous...) but still interesting and extra value added.
For my needs, I'd likely buy the full suite. While I like the subscription model, i'm a student so monthly income can vary greatly.
In any case, i'll be fine with my Office 07 I bought so long ago when 2013's beta expires.
