Forum regular Xirurg just posted his hands-on with the new MSI X340, the latest addition to the MSI X-Slim Series of notebooks.

The MSI X340 is a 13-inch notebook that tips the scales at about 2.5 pounds with a 4-cell battery. The X340 packs an Intel Penryn small form factor CPU, Intel GMA 4500MDH integrated graphics, HDMI, and Wimax. At 330x224x19.8mm (WxDxH) the X340 is more or less the same size as the MacBook Air ... but with significantly more ports and an estimated starting price around $750 in the US.

OH! Ok now i understand that explains why at the beginning they were only talking about the ATOM that was the X320. I've been looking at this notebook for a long time but this is the first time they've shown it with the Core 2 that is the X340..

If its only $750 with a dual-core CPU, I like! Means the Atom version should be $100-150 cheaper.
