I live in Fort Worth and for some reason out of the 15 or so Circuit City stores only one had it in stock (east dallas 50 mile round trip) infact it was listed as "not carried" at the other stores.. It looks and feels real nice, smaller than I expected, I have used a MX518 for the past few years on my desktop and it feels just as nice. I'll put it through it's paces this weekend and report back!

Anyone have any idea where to get this mouse in Canada?
-
buy.com has them for $56.99 and instock.

if you use middle button to activate hyper-fast scrolling, this means you cant use middle button as a normal middle button? I use middle button constantly for pan in autocad. does this mean the hyper-fast scrolling would turn on/off every time I would use pan? if that is so, this mouse is useless for me... :confused2:

I wish I had not bought my regular BT mouse, this one looks like just what I want! -
I think it looks ghey...

Sweaty hands ftw!
My Nano should be here on Thursday from Amazon. -
I mean come on - it looks like something you stuff up your body holes for the mere joy of it. Who designed that crap?
The Nano would be a blast with Bluetooth, me definately wants one! -
Agreed Mr..uhhh...Cameltoe. That Bluetooth mouse looks ghastly. Someone should tell Logitech that glossy mice are awful to use because they get so slimy. Anyway, I'll give you all a report on my Nano tomorrow.

It could make a good project, sand it down and paint it yourself
I must say the blue looks good to me tho, so depending on how bad it really is if you sweat on it, I wouldnt change it. I also think bluetooth is targeted at people that just do some light word processing, and web surfing, things that only have your hand in contact with the mouse for a short period of time so that sweating never occures.
As you can see its only got the 2 buttons and the advanced scroll wheel. So its not like its supposed to be a gaming mouse with the extra buttons. For those people in the middle that need the extra buttons I suppose thats what the nano is for, and for those who go full out gaming and have the mouse in there hand for hours at a time, thats what the G7 is for. -
I agree, I like the blue Bluetooth mouse, it looks cool.
I will buy it when it comes out and report back. -
so this wouldn't be good for playing Half life 2 or F.E.A.R.? I want a wireless mouse that can perform well (not hardcore gaming, just good gaming performance) that isn't too big so i can carry it around with ease.

I finally got the Logitech Nano VX. My scroll wheel is weird - it doesn't "click" at all when you scroll, it just spins with virtually no traction. You can flick the scroll wheel and it will spin for about 5 seconds by itself! This is good for really fast scrolling, but a bit of a pain for precision scrolling (e.g. selecting weapons in games, etc).
Is mine broken or is the scroll wheel meant to spin "freely"?

isn't that a feature? from what i've read, if you press down the scroll wheel it'll click and it should work like the traditional scroll wheel. click on it again it'll go into freewheel mode

My VX Nano receiver got stuck in my HP laptop, so be careful.
