Seems more like a Thinkpad Edge than a Thinkpad.
What they should have done is simply take the X230t, put in a ULV CPU and make it as thin and light as this one. The bezel being that huge is absolutely awful. The space the keyboard has to the left and right of it on a 12" notebook is laughable. -

This is a rather unremarkable offering from Lenovo. For 1/3 more you can get the Dell XPS 12 which offers better quality, a gorgeous 1080p display, much better battery life, keyboard backlighting and a 128GB SSD.

I agree that the Twist is "unremarkable" given the current Windows 8 convertible notebook/tablet market. It's not a horrible notebook but it just isn't offering much compared to the competition. I suspect Lenovo will offer even sweeter price reductions in the coming weeks/months but the Twist is on thin ice if the biggest reason (if not the only reason) to buy it is the low price.
