Lenovo Launch New Series : Q, H, Y300 and Y400.

Leovo launched new series of Desktop : Q and H series and new series of notebook Y300 and Y400 for Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand market. The even held at X Lounge, Veteran Building - Jakarta.

According to Soeparwan Soelaeman, Country General Manager Lenovo Singapore Pte Ltd-Indonesia Representative Office, Lenovo will try to penetrate and increased its market share by introducing these new series. Its targeted to increase the sales from 23% to 50% in the consumer market. Lenovo already have been successful in China and India by having more than 35% market share.

With these new lines Lenovo will focus on added features rather than pricing. It will gained momentum in competitiveness as they claimed.

Q Series Desktop PC will have its own jog dial that will make moving experience between pictures, songs, movies and tv a lot fun and easier. You just have to rotate a button.

H Series Desktop PC will have an anti-bacterial finish, claimed that can prohibit harmfull bacterias growth so the user will be safer and healthy. This line will have One Touch Recovery button that will restore the whole system from crash by pressing a button only.

Y300 Notebook series will have built-in face recognition feature for customer desire with cutting edge technology. Y400 will target for amusement and game crowd with 2 watt built-in subwoofer for outstanding audio quality.

H Series will have about US$439 price range and US$1189 for Q. Notebook will have US$700 to US$2000 price range.

I think they should add One Touch Button to get rid of all the bacterias... , and on ThinkPad as well
