Nice CPJ! I'm trying to find this out (and perhaps you know).. does Kaspersky have an "on access" type of scan, similar to McAfee? I know that it will scan downloaded files from the web, but what if I download a virus from Usenet and try to run it? McAfee would scan the file "on access" and kill it right away. I haven't been able to confirm a similar feature with Kaspersky.

After checking the KIS2010 and MSE and AVG, what would you recommend Chaz, as the best AV around?

    Nice review!

Nice review Chaz, I always recommend Kaspersky over anything we sell at Best Buy. Glad the 2010 version is just as top-notch as the 2009.

    *Waits for Avira review*.
