Warranty: 1 year with 0 dead pixel gurantee

    Price paid: $4700 USD

Reasons for buying: I needed a powerful laptop for various tasks among them gaming, this seemed like the perfect fit.

Where and how it was purchased: My friend hooked me up with Infinity's contact info since they have no website-an email and phone number are contact options. Email:[email protected] Phone: 208-371-4127

I spoke with Barry (former Micron/Crucial employee) on the phone and he walked me through the order process. Once completed I was sent an email for my records. System was to arrive within a month I was told. Keep in mind this was with a paintjob, I chose a single solid color-orange. The company contacted me throughout the process of building my machine-first when the build actually began (once all the parts were in) and finally when it was finished. I recieved the machine after 3 weeks of waiting.

The laptop arrived in a simple non branded cardboard box and was well packaged. A carrying case was included but wasn't really all that spectacular.

Build and Design: Are top notch with only a few flaws. The computer is made of quality plastic and high quality components I only discovered flexing in a few areas (palmrest, middle of lcd when twisting) the screen arrived in perfect condition though-no deadpixels as I was promised. The design is stunning largely due to the bright candy orange paint which was flawless-they even included some wax to keep it looking like new down the road!

Screen: As mentioned above was flawless and is guranteed to remain so. I chose to go with the WUXGA resolution as it was recommended for gaming and movies by the guys at infinity. The LCD includes a 1.3mp camera built in which is nice if you do any video chat and such. Another nice touch included with my system was a lcd cleaning kit to keep this beauty clean.

Speakers: Are nothing to write home about but they work and as far as laptops go they're fine.

Processor/Performance: Is fantastic this beast takes everything I can throw at it. After reading online about a microsoft hotfix that boosted dual core processor performance I checked to see if my machine had it already and to my surprise it did (the only things installed were the OS and all of its necessary updates along with AVG antivirus)

Heat and Noise-not much of either is noticeable with this machine. I'm told arctic silver was applied to my CPU by arctic silver which I'm told will keep temps down 5-10 degrees.

Wireless-worked from the first boot and so far has worked very well both at home and elsewhere.

Battery: With a single 8cell battery I get around 2hrs of life before shutdown. I have ordered a second battery since my purchase to extend my mobility.

Customer support-I've had the machine for a couple months now and haven't had any problems. They were great to work with when ordering my machine and called to confirm delivery and make sure everything worked and just check in with me. Should anything happen to my baby they've got me covered with shipping to and from the factory. Earlier this month I actually received a christmas card wishing me well! Now that's service (which inspired this review)

conclusion: I highly recommend buying this notebook if you value customer service and want a quality machine that performs well and looks awesome and for that matter just the way you want it.

    Pros: Stellar peformance
    Beautiful LCD and case
    Cool and quiet running
    Great service (so far)

Cons: Price-base is 3,000 tops out at about 5-6k with 3 year warranty and more custom paintjobs.

Thanks, so far I'm loving it. I've uploaded a picture they took at the factory (for future advertising I guess) I used paint to edit out my name which was written in black until I scribbled over it with orange :)

Thanks for the review, Infinity really needs to get a website of some sort up, but if they're just content with doing local business I guess that's cool.
