    No, but it doesn't really need it, either. If you stop a sync, it will simply rescan all the files and only sync the files that changed anyways. Pausing the process kind-of defeats the purpose.

    I've been using Synctoy for years, definitely one of my favorite freebies from Microsoft (right behind the Systernals collection).

    Another great sync program that I highly recommend is Syncback Free, which is free for personal use. It's more flexible than Synctoy and allows you to schedule backups more easily.

    I just use Synctoy out of habit, really!
