This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     HP started the TouchSmart line several years ago with the introduction of a single-finger-touch-enabled all-in-one desktop (whew! that was a lot of hyphens). Not long after came the first TouchSmart laptop. With the release of this new Spectre<sup>XT</sup>TouchSmart laptop, the TouchSmart line has come to an end.
