Today HP expanded its client virtualization offerings by adding the 4320t Mobile Thin Client to its portfolio of systems. HP worked closely with Citrix to design the infrastructure behind the system including XenDesktop and XenServer that help reduce the possibility for data loss or theft since data isn't stored locally.

Hm. Elitebook styling, although that keyboard looks really odd...

Actually this is ProBook styling. The 4320t is essentially the 4320s:
Edit: here's a link: HP ProBook 4320s Notebook PC Small & Medium Business

The keyboard on my ProBook 5310m is very similar and I can tell you it is a phenomenal keyboard. HP makes the best "chiclet"/island-style notebook keyboard in the business (on their ProBook at least - haven't tried the EliteBooks').

I think it's really just how the keys rise above the tray on the right side with no bezel to soften it, and all the extra space around the keys on that right side. I'm not saying it's not a good keyboard (at least not without trying it), I'm just saying the styling looks odd.
