    OK, OK -- I *might* have learned about the G62x from reading your post. That's a big might, though. ;)

    I also see no point to it; as a matter of fact I spent more time trying to figure out the difference between the G62x and the G62t than I did writing and posting this story.

    Why not just offer the G62t in a matte black color? HP is starting to worry me.

    It could be that people rarely pay for a different color, but even then is making the choice of a different color free not an option? I think HP may be celebrating the holidays early and they all had a bit too much egg nog...
