Given the improved performance of the next-gen A-series APUs from AMD (thanks in large part to hUMA architecture) I suspect AMD will indeed offer best "bang of your bucks" in HP's new ProBook line.

I'm sure the new Intel Haswell processors will deliver great performance in their own right, but the ProBook line has always been about delivering affordable business notebooks (mainly for SMB clients or for people who want a notebook for home and business use). In that respect I'd wager that most buyers will end up purchasing AMD configurations of the new ProBooks and we'll basically see Intel dominate the higher-priced Elitebooks.
