rah - I don't have any other images other than what I posted in the review.

my computer has been on for about 4 hours. i am doing the usual IE, outlook and quicken. the left side hand rest area is hot. i can touch it but it is annoying. but less than the fan noise.
report the dingy keys. i am changing the keyboard every month just to get them to do something. i wonder if the red or white ones are any better? -

Key ruboff is definitely a problem. I've had my P7120 for about 6 weeks and I'm seeing the start of rubboff of more frequently used keys despite relatively less intensive use of the notebook than other people reporting an even worse condition.
I'll be contacting Fujitsu and will report back here what they say.
Also, see my next message on the subject of P7120 WiFi.
BTW - I otherwise am greatly impressed with the excellent review. I wish all consumer products were so well researched and reviewed. I don't expect that Brian knew of these issues before now, so they do not detract from my respect for his work. Great job! -
Re: WiFi
The WiFi in my P7120 is truly inadequate. It is greatly inferior in perfomance to that of my Compaq V200Z that I replaced.
Yesterday I was wandering around Manhattan, as I often do, visiting clients for my web site developing and hosting business. At times I stopped to check email.
In Union Square Park, a free open network, I could only get 4 bars - and never got past "acquiring." When refreshing the network list, the system detected that network less than 50% of the time.
Yet, someone with a Dell sitting next to me on the bench had no problem.
I did see 4 other open networks. None were over 4 bars, I was able to connect briefly to one. I got dropped after 30 seconds and never able to reconnect.
Same thing in Washington Square Park, another open network.
There are locations around town where I've never had a problem getting a connection to a number of choices of an open network with the Compaq, but can't connect to one with this machone.
For example, there's a sandwich shop on the southwest corner of 23rd and 6th Ave. I used to be able to sit at the counter and log into the open network from the Apple store a few hundred feet down 23rd Street. Now, I cannot connect this P7120 until I am standing within 10 feet of the door to that store. Even then, the connection is so low at to be barely useable.
I'm sitting at my desk at home right now (using the desktop) and with the P7120 open on the shelf next to. With the Compaq, I could detect five bars from a dozen protected and open networks from buildings around me. I could conect to three of them at 5 bars and get 54mps. The P7120 does not do nearly as well. Only one connection and at 11mps.
In sum, I am very unhappy with the P7120 Wifi. I would welcome any suggestions for improving it.
Thanks . . . -
Are you using the Intel card or the Atheros? P7120 or P7120D? I'm curious also about the wireless and how to improve it, and also some folks opinions on which wireless card is better? The Intel or the Atheros?

I just ordered a P7120 yesterday... can't wait, it's good to hear all these comments before a buy. I already have an N6220(17inch widescreen) so this will be great to have something at the other end of the scale... I'll make sure I'll post my initaial comments when it arrives.
Small favor... can someone post some more pics of it in use? I need something to keep me going till I get mine! -
I would always order the D flavor, I find the Atheros card to be much better.
As for pictures...uhh, you'll have it soon enough, would hate to ruin it for you. -
I had the p7120 a few months ago, sold it cuase I got in on a good deal on a different laptop, but now I want it again! I, too, had the key-rub-off issue -- didn't know that would be covered under warranty tho -- my only complaint, other than that, was it would get very hot along the sides of the case, so hot that i was afraid i may burn my self one day --- but it was always warm when plugged in, but decent when just on battery.
just got to hope to find another good deal on one!!!!!
