The Fujitsu N6010 Series Laptop is Fujitsu's latest foray into the desktop replacement laptop category. Sporting an Intel Pentium 4 CPU, 512MB of dual channel RAM, 128MB of dedicated video memory, and a 17" wide aspect screen, Fujitsu is hoping to capture some of the market share currently dominated by the likes of Dell, and HP. Fujitsu has always been known for their quality build and impressive display technology, so let's see how this current model stacks up.

hey fellas, i failed to mention another nice design feature of this unit. There is a removable cover over the 2 fans on the bottom that is easily removed providing easy access to cleaning the fans. This should help keep the fans free of debris, thus adding to the life and proper operation of this unit. Kudos again to Fujitsu!

    "Good luck with that!"

great review - not sure i'd give it a 9/10.

    pentium4 - poor thermal/computional ratio - requires noisy fans
weight - heavy compared to i9200
    battery life - poor
    warranty - ?

That is tied with the HP DV1000 as the sleekest, sexiest looking laptop in my opinion.

Looking at the metrics of this notebook, its doesnt seem that much bigger than the average 15.4" widescreen notebook. Am i correct in saying that? Sure, it is a bit thicker and heavier. Are there any 17" Centrino notebooks out there?

    Thanks.
