Terms & Conditions
The Panasonic Toughbook PC trial program is available from
November 1, 2006 to January 31, 2007.
The trial program is subject to availability in your area. Panasonic Canada Inc. cannot guarantee the delivery of trial units to all regions of Canada.
The trial CF-W4 or CF-Y4 demonstration unit will be held by a designated local computer supplier in the customer's geographic location. The consumer must go to the designated computer supplier and leave as a deposit the full selling price of the notebook, by a recognized credit card.
The trial loan period will last for 72-hours from time of pick-up of the equipment with additional time allowed for return if the 72-hour period ends on a holiday or day when the supplier is not open.
Upon return of the CF-W4 or CF-Y4 trial unit, the consumer may choose to purchase the unit, or return it for a full credit to the credit card used for the deposit. If the consumer decides to purchase the unit a $100 credit will be applied to the aforementioned credit card.
If the CF-W4 or CF-Y4 trial unit is not returned on or before the designated trial period return date or is not returned in the same condition in which it was loaned, the consumer's credit card will be charged for damages to the product or where the product is damaged beyond repair at dealer's discretion, or lost, the consumer will be charged the current selling price attributed at time of pick up. Assessment of notebook condition is at the discretion of the local dealer in conjunction with Panasonic Canada Inc.'s technical staff.
Panasonic Canada Inc. will make every effort to deliver trial units in a timely manner but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
