At E3 this year, ORIGIN, the boutique PC maker, was showing off their updated line of gaming notebooks and desktops. Of particular interest was the new EON15 gaming laptop, which, for an additional $210, can be figured with 3D capabilities using NVIDIA's 3D standard. We went hands on and got some impressions.

If had a 5870 then it would be something.
Still not convinced 3D laptops are the way to go even if it did have decent results.
Maybe if the 3D capabilities came standard it might be a different story but paying over $200 for it is not worth it all.For me anyway.
    Just my 2 cents.

I'd say it may be worth it, even for that res although MSI's GT660 i can't remember if that was running 3d but its in the same res as well, with a gtx 285, dynaudio and dual drives.

If your a heavy gamer and want some very good performance, the res coupled with the 285 is perfect (Im using 1440x900 with a 4850 and it doesn't faulter in games at all.)

The low res is actually nice to work with i think, but thats just me.

I think the 720p screen is perfect for that screen size. I game on a 106inch projector thats 3d so its nowhere near as dense as that screen but still looks good.
