I hate the Dell brand because of past bad experiences, however, I am impressed that Dell decided to include (two!) USB 3.0 ports on a $499 budget notebook ahead of just about everyone else. Kudos to Dell (but I still hate you lol). I am however not surprised at all that they still haven't cleaned up their act regarding cheap plastic/build quality.
