Why is Canada always such an afterthought?
10+% of the people in North America (excluding Mexico), and the bulk of them in bigger cities, well educated with decent standards. Not some sort of rogue eskimo-ish folks just hanging in their way up north, kind of like Alaska. Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, all good size cities with lots of money.
