To be fair, I don't think that's universal. Every Apple Store I've been to in my local area has been staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable salespeople.

Either way, I wouldn't characterize presales treatment as "support"; they would be two separate things (you could have great salespeople but poor support, etc. as well).

Oh the screen is visible if you have another light source in the room. It is still a little tricky to read though.

Hi, im a newey, my dad bought me this notebook for my 18th birthday, people asked about the graphic quality on the latest pc games, i have both bioshock and world-in-conflict and the system tanks both of them, i play w-i-c on the highest settings (+all boxes ticked) and theres no problem at all.
    Thanks.

If You are going to play games in your laptop would NOT buy an ASUS. Unless you buy a G1S or G2S. I bougth an V1S just like the one on the review and when I'm gaming the screen turns green and reboot in about five minutes. I have call ASUS and they say that the laptop is not for gaming. And that they can't do anything. So I bougth a brick of 1600€. Or maybe a notebook of 700 € for 1600 €.
