The Acer forum has been blowing up with discussions of there. Gonna be interesting when the 3820 with 5650 hits the US market.

The TimelineX launch is not officially official until the Mob. HD5650 3820 model hits.

Mine is on the way from Germany. :D It is a relief to see at least one TG model listed on release day.

Some nice looking machines at first glance! Is this the first switchable graphics card out that has ATI's 5xxx cards on it? I assume the integrated graphics card it switches to would be an Intel?

Yes it switches to integrated Intel HD graphics. Many new notebooks with ATI Radeon HD 5000 series graphics can switch to the integrated card, this is not the first.

Does anyone know how good the display is for multimedia purposes (e.g. watching movies)?

All of them have 1366x768 display resolutions so they should be good for 720p HD video watching; 1080p will play but you really need a 1080p screen resolution to enjoy that.

As far as the quality of the display goes, you'll have to wait for reviews to come out.
