This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    The UL30VT might be a better choice since it has a dedicated GPU (Nvidia G210M).

    Yeah I know, but that isnt in the Uk.
    Actually you know what, I just checked the intel site for the graphics chip in the UL30 here:

    Seems to do what I want!

    So for that price, I should snap this up yeah? I'm just a bit hesitant about buying from the carphone warehouse...also does the 3gig ram really make a big difference?
