I was looking at the Clevo M860ETU, but I might hold out for this now and see how it stacks up... I personally like the look :p

Just picked up a Asus G51 at Best Buy today. I was shopping for a do-it-all laptop and this thing more than fits the bill. Specs are different than the announcements - 1366 X 768 LED screen, 2.0GHz dual core CPU. I swapped out the CPU with a 2.4GHz T8300 and installed Crysis Warhead and Bioshock. Bioshock runs maxed out beautifully, Crysis runs at 'Gamer' settings extremely well, a little stuttering that can be fixed by setting physics and shadows to medium.

I know the screen seems low res, but personally I like it. I can plug into my 25" 1200P LCS if I want something higher res - and I bet the GT 260M in here will run that well too :)

How much does it cost? You'd have to add Blu Ray like I did for my N80, but a good GPU and LED screen... :)

Only $1050, believe it or not. I'm really not worried about blu-ray on this laptop, I have a desktop PC at home running Vista as my media center PC, if I want to play a blu-ray I'd get a drive for it.
