    The ASUS Eee 1215N is currently being sold on Amazon for $463. It is equipped with an Intel D525 Atom at1.8GHz, a dual-core CPU with NVIDIA ION 2 graphics (512MB dedicated video memory). The model has a12.1-inch WXGA, LED display with 1366 x 768 resolution, 2GB of DDR3 RAM upgradeable to 4GB, operates on Windows 7Home Premium (32-bit), and has a250GB SATA Hard Drive at 5400rpm. These are very decent specifications for a netbook; not to mention it will be easy to carry around while traveling since it weighs in at only3.21 pounds.

    Id say compared to the fusion powered hp dm1 laptop which is same or even lower price this deal is not that great.

    The dealbreaker side is that it does not let any upgrade. Even if you want to upgrade the HDD you need to rip apart the entire machine which will void the warranty.

    As being a person who frequently upgrades the components I don't pay a cent to this laptop. I don't have to use the HDD that ASUS wants me to use.
