Id say compared to the fusion powered hp dm1 laptop which is same or even lower price this deal is not that great.

The dealbreaker side is that it does not let any upgrade. Even if you want to upgrade the HDD you need to rip apart the entire machine which will void the warranty.
As being a person who frequently upgrades the components I don't pay a cent to this laptop. I don't have to use the HDD that ASUS wants me to use.
