    can the microfiber cloth that came with my hp dv6000z be used to clean my laptop screen?

    I should think so. Microfiber cloths are used for cleaning screens too.

    It should be fine. If its some really tough dirt you may want to try a screen cleaning solution as well.

    Yep. Any soft cloth will do. I use microfiber cloths that came with my glasses. Just don't use Windex and stuff like that because it can damage the glossy coating (assuming it's glossy). If something doesn't come off just by breathing on it and rubbing, use warm water to take it off.

    Malia is right, if there are little stuck ons try breathing on them and then wiping with the micro-cloth.

    You can use the cloth on any part of the laptop chassis as well as the screen.

    Yup microfiber cloths are the best way to clean any screens. I have had great success. Just make sure there isn't any hard debris in the cloth.

    Thanks.... its just full of fingerprints! nothing huge, the microfiber cloth has been working well for the cover as well
