    lumpy dell emblem

    Hello all. I just have a question about a really simple case mod. I got a refurbished dell laptop and I want to put a nice decal on the case but there's the dell emblem right in the middle. Its going to make any decal or sticker lumpy so is there something I can use to fill it in and smooth it out?

    My uneducated, untested, opinion would try epoxy resin.

    Could try sand paper or steel wool to smooth everything over. I would tape off the area that just needs to be done, so damage is not done outside the area that would be covered up by your sticker.

    You should take a knife and try to pry it out. Worked for me before. What laptop is it?

    Some kind of plastic glue to put over it? (I would remove the emblem first though)
